I said Yes, Now What? How To “Propose” To Your Bridesmaids

stjohnsjewelersbridesmaids2You said “Yes” to the marriage proposal, now what?  Well, really there is a lot to do, right?  But, one of the first things the bride-to-be thinks about is her bridal party.  It used to be you just asked family and close friends to be in your bridal party, but now brides-to-be are coming up with really creative ways to “propose” to their bridal party.  We like the idea below found on Pinterest – a custom card with a necklace and heart locket “I couldn’t say “I do” without “You!”

Of course, some brides-to-be might want to save jewelry to give as a gift on the big day.  So, an alternative to jewelry is champagne since IT is a reason to celebrate!!!

For more ideas, you can read theknot.com’s blog post “16 Creative Ways to Propose to Your Bridesmaids.”   Now, back to jewelry!  A lot of brides-to-be like to give jewelry to their wedding party.  Two ideas we like are a simple Waxing Poetic Necklace with an initial pendant or a necklace with a pendant that represents the wedding itself like a sand dollar for a beach wedding.
