She said yes! with a vintage inspired Gordon Clark hand engraved engagement ring. Meet Joe and Taryn who recently got engaged on their 2 year anniversary together in December. Joe arranged months in advance for Taryn to have the day off and planned a special day for their 2 year anniversary! Joe and Taryn went to dinner at Tapas Teatro in Mt. Vernon where they went on their first date and they still love it. Joe said the dinner was spectacular! Then Joe purchased tickets to the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra– Holly Jolly Pops which Taryn had always wanted to see live. What was even better was that they were upgraded to box seats. After the show they walked back to the house – while they were at the show Taryn’s sister Kait set-up candles, flowers and a video camera (Kait was amazing in this whole process- Joe couldn’t have done it without her.) When they got back Joe told Taryn about one more surprise and it was all perfect from there! SHE SAID YES!
Joe said his experience at St. John’s Jewelers was nothing less than wonderful. Linda was very professional and had the caring touch that you are looking for when trying to pick out an engagement ring. “St. John’s was probably the 1,014 (kidding, lol) place that I looked at. It came recommended when I told my future sister in-law that I was having trouble finding the ‘right’ ring. The ring we picked out was nothing less than perfect for my now fiancé.”

Congrats to the happy couple! Taryn and her sister Kait own red door studio, locally handmade jewelry and photography is by sister AnnaClaire Klusewitz.
